The ILTS is a seminar conducted by Interactors to train other Interactors in the skills to run a successful club. It is designed not only for the new officers of each Interact Club but for every Interactor who wants to learn more and become more involved in their club activities. Some of the topics are: conducting service projects, how to hold effective meetings, how to recruit and retain new members, fund raising project, duties of the secretary, scrapbooks, and how to “interact” with your Rotary Club. New this year: we will break into small groups to practice planning various kinds service projects and club activities. Each group will then share their ideas with the whole group. This seminar will provide practical ideas to ensure your club’s success!
