Sustain and Increase Membership
- Add net one member to current clubs
- Charter one new Rotary club
- 400 district Rotarians and guests attend 2008 Multi-District Conference
Implement Successful Service Projects
- Five clubs initiate a World Community Service project
- Each club engages water management issues through a program or project
- Each club has at least one literacy project underway
Support Our Rotary Foundation
- Each club has at least one program on The Rotary Foundation
- Clubs nominate 15 candidates for Ambassadorial and Cultural Scholarships, including three new clubs
- A successful Group Study Exchange is held with South Korea, involving three new clubs
- Requests for District Simplified Grants exceed $25K, including five new clubs
- Three new matching grants are awarded
- Each STAR club repeats, all clubs reach STAR status and giving to the Annual Programs Fund reaches $120 per member
- Each club adds two new Benefactors
- The Paul Harris Society reaches 200 members
Develop Leaders Beyond the Club Level
- Each club sponsors at least one RYLA participant
- International Youth Exchange has 8 inbound and 8 outbound students
- Youthact, Interact and Rotaract grow by one club each
- 20 past presidents are nominated for the District Leadership Academy
- 20 clubs send members to the Zone Leadership Institute
Planning for the Future
- Continue implementation of District Strategic Plan
- Develop a district disaster response plan
Recognition
- At least 39 clubs earn the RI Presidential Citation
- At least 19 clubs submit an entry for a District Award of Excellence
- The district hosts a Rotary Foundation dinner to recognize members of the Paul Harris Society and Major Donors
